ART OF SELF DEFENSE
   Martial arts is a skill in the affairs of charge or to defend them selves from enemy attacks. There are many types of martial arts such as silat, judo, karate, tae kwondo, and so forth. Learn the art of many benefits to physical and mental development of young we are. They will have self-discipline and abide by the rules set. This will create apositive mindset. Arts in schools should be developed and made one of the co-curricular activities. Not only that, but the art should also be extended to the youth training centers, centers of higher learning, and so on for a leisure activity for the open with beneficial thing.
